Did you know Monama is actually one of the sweetest people in U.A.? Let me explain, when Monama tells people class 1b is better, he never mentioned himself. So instead of Monama saying “I’m better than all of you,” he says stuff that involves his class mates. He says everything for his classmates not once mentioning himself in all it. Monama cares so much about his classmates and how there treated to even get beat up. Like is some au’ s Monama get hurt because he thinks ever one is underneath him in level of skill. That’s just simply not the case he think his classmates and friends should be treated equally as other students in 1a. Monama care that much about his friends that he’s willing to be treated like the bad guy of the story and be hated by everyone just so his friend aleast get a little bit of respect from the other students. I’m not saying you can’t make aus where’s monama is bad, just that he should have a little more respect. I get most people didn’t catch this in the anime but that’s what in for. In my opinion monama is very brave and sweet.

He said that he has to act like that in order for him to get close and copy someone's quirk, plus when you look the time where he copies Eri's quirk (to test it) he acts really calm and all, he prioritize the fact that there's a kid there over the fact that there is anyone else (like Izuku) there
