Pizza Tower Unused Content Documentation - Space Pinball

Added in the Rework Build to update the other pinball level, it inspired the creation of Fastfood Saloon. It is recommended to use Undertale Mod Tool to fix the broken secret triggers and make pinball_10's instance layer visible.

add touchedtriggers = 0 in its create code and then delete everything in its room start event
