If i was ever in that situation, i would have chosen the baby because i would think a 16 year old would know how to swim, know to lay on their back, etc. thats why i think she was just in her decision but i still think parents should make sure their child can swim and make sure each year they can.

Planet Dolan I thought my (ex) girlfriend was cheating on me with the girl she was carpooling to work with and one day I wasn't feeling well and didn't want her to go to work. She refused to stay home with me so I, in a cast with a broken leg, decided to throw her phone against a wall and then took her backpack and hopped to the front door and opened it and threw it out. In the process of throwing it, I slipped and landed straight on my knee, on my good leg. In pain, I managed to make it back to our bedroom and begged her to stay home and go to the hospital with me to which she declined. I ended up having to have one of my friends take me to the er and while I was there, she had to help me pee in a bed pan since they didn't want me to put any weight on that leg and the other foot was in a cast. It turned out I had shattered my knee cap. So I went home and had my friend set me up with some beers before she went home. I then had another friend come over a little before my (ex) girlfriend was supposed to be coming home from work and we sat outside in her car while I drank more. She pulled up in the girls car but parked halfway down the street from our house for 15 or so minutes while I began to fume. As soon as she pulled up, I hobbled to the car, crutches in hand yelling every curse word I could think of before my friend pulled me back. My (ex) girlfriend then came and said hi to my friend and told me to come inside where we fought for hours until she reassured me she wasn't cheating and the girl was straight. Funny enough, after we broke up a few years later, I found out she did actually cheat on me with her several times so I wasn't being paranoid.

It called for a invasion force that would make D-Day look like a pool party. About 400k men for just one of the 2 landings. The smaller of the 2 so about 1 million American troops invading with 100-200k dead and many more injured. And not only this Japan was training it’s civilians in combat to fight to their deaths. Fighting would literally be house to house and this is evident with the kamikaze attacks. This would add anywhere from 5-10 million more casualties. This would make the death toll be 1-2 million between the American invading force and Japanese civilians dead. That is about 15 times more dead people than the bombs being used.

For her to get away with that she would've had to commuted suicide inside the hospital and somehow get docs and nurses to her in time to get her on a machine so both would be viable. The most shocking part is how on earth one loses control of ones car by hitting a pot hole. I've had my driver's license for roughly 20 years now, and hit many pot holes, and never once has it caused me to lose control. We could have dropped a bomb on Tokyo, we didn't because the goal was to end the war by killing as few people as possible. Not dropping any bombs would have guaranteed millions of deaths. Over 60,000,000 people died in WW2, this display of sheer force was definitely the most viable option for quickly ending the war with as few casualties as possible.

He chose my Mum because what should he do with 2 Kids without a wife, but just like through a miracle of some sort, my mother gave birth to my sister and survived, both did and i'm glad i don't have to miss either of them.

For her to get away with that she would've had to commuted suicide inside the hospital and somehow get docs and nurses to her in time to get her on a machine so both would be viable. But as far as having docs take both? They wouldn't do that. Because they vow to do no harm. Taking both would do harm to the mom. Its twisted and they can u derstand her willing to give her life for both kids to live but ethically they couldn't do it. They would've lost medical licenses and possibly have to do jail time.

To the people questioning the mother and her kids drowning in a car, she literally hit a pothole and lost control. It's very likely he hit his head or got whiplash or some other injury. It's also very easy to get trapped in cars when that happens without injury. Chill.

The most shocking part is how on earth one loses control of ones car by hitting a pot hole. I've had my driver's license for roughly 20 years now, and hit many pot holes, and never once has it caused me to lose control. At worst it damages the shock absorbers somewhat, and is uncomfortable to hit, so the first thing would be teaching people how to drive a car properly, and such things can be avoided.
