It's weird, in school, I got along with people in younger grades better, but since graduating college, I've gotten along better with older people than younger people.
See I am not a runner, but I love love love long distance walking. I couldn't run a 5k but I would gladly walk 15k. I am currently walking 4km per day most days and I have a goal to eventually walk the distance from home (Kelowna BC) to each of the 32 NHL home cities and all 13 provincial and territorial capitals. Currently over the past two years I've completed the entire Pacific Division, 2 central Division teams, and Victoria, Edmonton, Regina, Winnipeg, and Yellowknife. I measured all distances for my tracking spreadsheet using Google driving directions except for Iqaluit as it is impossible to drive to Iqaluit so that one is as the crow flies.
I'm sure this has been pointed out already at some point but just to exercise the thought from my brain, it's interesting how Americans like myself never say it grade 3 or grade 6, etc. It's always 3rd grade or 6th grade etc. Also I guess in some places Canadians will name places like "Park Hamilton" instead of "Hamilton Park?" Maybe French influence? Anyway, just an observation. Keep it coming, Shannon!
@@mrchungo420lol7 could be an older phenomenon too because the example of that that sticks out in my mind is from an episode of Mystery Science Theater 3000 where they riff on a park that has “park” before the name lol
I have to laugh, in grade 10 a girl asked me out and i told her "Im sorry I have tok much homework to go to the movie with you" man was I stupid I did not have enough homework to not be able to go to a movie with her and she was good-looking it's just no one had asked me out before and I had no luck with women so my brain went why is this good looking girl asking you out better give her a reason not to go out with you. Sorry Lindsay I should have taken you to the movie
I used to believe "it gets better," but it never did for me. In fact, nothing ever happened. The reason is autism. My 12-year-old nephew has had more experience with romantic relationships than I've had in the 42 years since I was 12.
If we are ever visited by an intelligent being beyond this galaxy, we must provide them with Shannon, a whiteboard, and a marker.
I'm loving these. I really hope you keep doing them
Shannon these have been great keep ‘em comin!
Always love to hear what you've got to say. Love to see the series continuing keep up the good work!
It is amazing what constructive criticism can really do for one's crafts when they start out
I love these kind of videos from you.
Thanks Shannon. This helps a lot.

Park Hamilton must be French because in western Canada we say it the normal way

It didn't get better for me until I was 43 and a half.
I was triggered every thing “Porsche” was mis-pronounced…
That's how everyone around here said it when I was a kid.
