    Hi Bill, just come across your channel, it looks great and just what I’ve been looking for. I’m 2 years post ischemic stroke and am doing okay. What would be the best video for me to look at first (there’s a lot there) that can help with exercise, like how useful is an elliptical cross trainer etc and how often and for how long should I exercise.

    Its a level of medical failure n it also happened to my dad but at Ambulance house call out they denied he was having a stroke! Useless medics in around the Illawarra! 2529! Dumb as nails n appalling treatment on arrival to the home to the vulnerable stroke victim!
