Yeah it's seems impromptu and like there's no script at all. Some sections could've been filmed without being at the computer with some graphics, some could been on the server planned on like you said.
If anyone else released a course for $150 that's like this they'd get flamed by everyone. But some people will pay for it just to get to hear S1mple's opinions and knowledge.

I think s1mple should focus on more visuals, it's easier to understand a concept when you can visually see whats going on.
Agreed, I think some basic graphic stuff showing various things would go a long way. He could even show some examples of certain tactics working out (if there are any of course).

WarOwl's matchmaking academy is so much better than this it's hilarious. Jesus Christ this was terrible, the lack of structure is insane, superficial information at random order, no visual aids just the game camera with noclip on, insanely bad...

Every camera angle switch is production cut. Simple reads one sentence then another and if he messes up they switch angle (cut the video) so he can re-read it correctly. If they only had 2 angles it would look ever worse than it does now. He really cant speak english good enough to give any kind of proper CS guide thats not just straight up reading a script, which as Ohne pointed out is awful. He starts reading script and I stop listening for some reason lol.

exactly. cs is such a flexible game that focusing on a specific situation of nades is useless cuz one variable can change the round. any one buying this course would be infinitely better off getting refrag and watching demo reviews instead
bro i use refrag for like 5.99 a month, its great for practice, warmup and lineups. 99% of the other stuff which s1mple is show casing can 100% be found on youtube, just with less see through chairs and lighting. The problem with a course like this is putting it into practice, just play the game and you will pick it up quicker than following a $149 course.

@@GamerFigure 100% I use it every time before I play. Prefire, crossfire, defender etc all really useful and the better you get the harder the bots get, no they aren't like humans but the fact they can be have set difficultys and reaction times makes it a lot more realistic than any workshop map. They even have aimbotz but on actual maps and the bots are all in common angles/positions. Boot camp is there latest addition, basically starts with warmup, then practice, then utility. You start on basic which is about 50 minutes, then intermediate which is just over and hour and has harder scenarios and then advanced which is and hour and a half, again even harder scenarios.
Not to mention if you pay for the higher tier subscription you get the videos simple is charging $150 for

@@GamerFigureLowest tier is definitely worth it if you like to practice prefiring and other scenarios on maps, now that there aren’t really workshop maps for it. I have really been enjoying doing some pre-fire, but mostly crossfire, x-fire and defense. Defense can be a bit hectic but it’s a nice way to practice keeping your cool when being fully executed on with util.
@@GamerFigure For me at least, yes. I have started using their bootcamp as my warmup routine giving me much more consistency and many of the tools available are great. Try and get a trial code so you don't have to commit to buying it and you can test out everything to see if you like it.

First off, I love s1mple. Im a navi fan and I always loved to see him play, it was magic. But this is just a guy on a server talking. If he want to give us info, he should have clips from either his(navi) or other teams to show his inputs in action. That would, for me atleast, make all the difference, if he was like "like this example from faze when they had full eco...." bla bla. And even better if he showed example when he got countered hard and how they did it.

First parts are without community feedback, the later ones will be changed after community feedback. S1mple spoke about this, they will use community feedback to improve the course. Give it time, also. 150 dollars for S1mple's thought process over 50+ videos will be worth for SOME players, but most players should just watch pro matches, pov of your favourite player and youtube guides (free).

@ohne i think the reason for the script reading is cause he's doubling down on the same info. in the script read he's saying other things but he's basically repeating the same things he said before. so it's done so you get the message twice over. repeat process helps retain the information

This course looks eerily similar to the "Master Class" courses I've seen promoted on RUclips. Super polished high production value but very surface level information. Nothing brought up in these courses is worth any amount of money when there's thousands of much more in depth guides on RUclips alone.

This is for people at lvl 7+ that want to reach lvl 10 or want to become better at the game. Low elo/silvers have nothing to worry about they dont play to get better they play for fun and thats ok.
Anyways this isnt anything incridible at least from this video, i'm lvl 10 faceit 3k elo, its pretty "basic" stuff but still good stuff to learn, still not worth 150$ :), just go on youtube and type "donk plays fpl", "monesy plays fpl" and learn from what they do, better its download a demo from FPL and look what they do, you will never be pro anyway, the best thing you can learn is how to play on PUGs because that will be your future.
