Big fan of your videos coach. I appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos.
Can you suggest any other current up-to-date channels or resources I can also use? Thanks

Coach, can you do a video on Dropback passing soon? Would love to see what stuff you like to use. Big fan of the Mumme/Leach stuff myself.

We have 1,000 yards passing with virtually no drop back stuff called

Great stuff coach. Do you find that you'll sit in base so fits are a bit more straight forward or will you take some more chances with slants and blitz.
I know for us, we'll Slant more against pwr teams (twist our edge players) and shoot gaps against zone teams but both change our base fits.
As time has gone on I find it a bit easier for the kids to increase our dl movement to create more negative plays even if the fits can be a bit more complicated. Plus we're a primarily Cov 3 team so playing a man down in the run is fairly common.
Likewise, dedicating an end to always be a box player and the other side to be a spill has greatly improved our defense against read teams, especially those who want to read the Backside of power. Now the next level guys can be quicker to the ball. But again, if we want to shoot that gap or Slant, the back end really needs to be aware of those new fits which isn't easy.

We move and pressure depending on the offense. If it's a lot of gap stuff I like base defense.

Coach you should really do a video about the split back veer. The best way to run it and the best way to stop it

Coach... Would you want to go to a cover 3 against a pro formation to bring down the extra safety to be more aggressive with the LB?

I don't like Cov 3, it takes the FS out of the run fit.
