The area I'm from doesn't have a lund dealer within 250 miles, I was finally abel to see a lund impact in person and I was very impressed with the entire boat. After calling around and getting prices I will be getting a 1875 or possibly the 2025 Impact from your Glen Elder location. I would encourage anyone looking for a Lund to give y'all a call.
I'm a happy 1650 Rebel XS Sport owner. Considered small, but it fits in my suburban residential garage and through the 8ft door. Has lots of features. With the 90hp on the back, it flies. Good boat for 2 guys. I'd buy another one in a heart beat.
Nice Video. I am in the process of deciding between Lund Renegade, Ranger RT, and Xpress H18, Have not see any of the boats in person going to boat show next weekend.
How do the rivets hold up ? Are they like other rivet boat , after a few years they get lose and leak , and are all lund boats bow double plated ? The wood everyone talks and asked about was not only the transom but the decks , lids and seats ? Why doesn't lund weld their hulls ?
The Lund website oddly enough lists a "max MPH" spec for the 1650 rebel XL sport of only 29-36 MPH. One or two guys in a 950 pound boat with 90hp I would expect 40mph at least. I`m saying this because I had a 16 foot glass boat that weighed 900 pounds with a 90hp 2 stroke merc and with 2 people it would do 42mph on the GPS.
I can give you more than 30 reasons NOT to buy Ranger. I own one and hate it. Nothing but issues!! Looking into the lemon law to return it, then going to look at a Lund.
Does Lund still have wood in them at all? I have a Lund 2014 1650 and it is done from transom and deck rot. Have already replaced decking once now I need to do transom and deck. I will never buy a boat with wood especially in transom (or deck for that matter).
@@WacondaBoatsKansasAndNebraska That is better. I still have no desire to own another boat with wood products. Especially structural components. I think I may remove the wood and pour Carbon Bond composite transom and be done with it. Has been a fun boat and don't want it to scrap because of transom rot.
@Bob Woods what a dick, you're calling me a liar I have it sitting in my yard rotted and not usable. Your brain is rotted out. You make blatant comments about things you have never seen and spew BS in the web.
It's not really possible to peruse the menu of Lund boats when the Lund website is always corrupted with malware. I wonder if they know that? I'd love to know all about Lund boats, but my computer says open this infected website at your own peril, so I don't dare to. Poompf!
Lund is a name. Lowe is owned by the same company. Just not as much a known name. Are they making Lowe at less quality? I don't now. Same company, Lund is just a better brand name.

I run a 1996 18 foot Lund SV up here in Alaska...no leaks after 28 years!

I put the bottom to the top of McDonnell Douglas md 80,cut 100 ft of beauty strip sealed and riveted.

I can't wait till they advertise a wood free boat. Looking at ranger right now for that reason alone
live big 1750 Outfitter. All composite deck and transom

Lund began using Composite transoms in 2017. The floor is still marine grade treated wood.

@@markstewart3516 2014!!!? There's no way any boat would rot that quick especially a Lund. Wood or no wood.

I will pass that on to the IT dept at Lund...thanks for watching!
Travis. I have a 2018 crossover. I have the old top. The new tops have a wider opening. Can I upgrade?
Lund won’t guarantee that any canvas retro fits....
Is my 2018 1875 crossover a wood free boat?
NOPE!!! Don't worry, you're not alone....lol. I just got the 1875 d/t layout. Hope it doesn't bite me in the butt later on
Lund has been building their boats with composite transoms since 2017. Thanks for watching!
Give us a video on the 1650 angler ss! Love your videos can't what tell the day I can get a lund!

Good try anyway.
Lunds are junk. Buy ranger.
