For me, my last work environment I left and they got mad because I stopped interacting with everyone and left the job. I have always been a lone wolf, even with my family. When I noticed everyone was taking my kindness for weakness I cut them all off. and they have been planning my downfall ever since. They thought I didn't know what they were doing behind the scenes but I peeped it now they are wondering what my next move is. God is has always been my move LOL. I don't have to respond I reclaimed all my energy back! Focused on loving me and expanding!
