05 2024 Orangefield High School Dreamscapes

The 5th displayed drill for 2024 is for Orangefield High School from Orangefield, Texas. Orangefield is in southeast Texas about 15 miles east of Beaumont. Their director is Michael Rose. This is the 2nd time I have done thier show. They are a 3A UIL classified school in Region 10.
Their show is entitled Dreamscapes and is arranged by Scott Ward. It is in three movements and includes the following: Sleeping Beauty Waltz (Tchaikovsky), Sweet Dreams (Eurythmics), The Sound of Silence (Simon and Garfunkel), and A Million Dreams (from The Greatest Showman).
The drill was written for 66 band members including 48 winds. It has 44 sets. This show was completed on August 11.
