Fr! Like when i was in martial arts this one girl was doing cheerleading before classes! She was always exhausted and had bruises everywhere. She showed us a video of her and everyone was AMAZED! I have so much respect for them too

As a former cheer captain I thought this was so cute!! Unfortunately cheer goes unnoticed as one of the harder sports but it’s really physically and mentally tiring!! I did sideline and we almost never had breaks. We would cheer the entire game as well as halftime and timeouts!! The funny thing is some of us are super nerdy!! I know several girls on my team were big anime nerds and all of us who liked it, were also in choir/band/orchestra. I really enjoyed this cheerleaderx nerd audio!! Thought it was super duper cute🥰

P.s. Do schools in usa really have an separate lesson as trigonometry? and you learn only your country history? or you get like an actual chemisty with experiments and stuff??? srr im really curious-
I think it’s based on states and how they choose their curriculum but from experience I know that they teach trig separately but group it with stats (one semester you learn trig, the other semester you learn stats). We learn two types of history-one on the US history and then general world events for World History. For chem, I never took it but I’ve heard from others that they do experiments (like most science classes). One in particular involves making ice cream through shaking a container full of ice and milk lol. Hope that answered all your questions
