This is awesome, but the costs Ive found are insane. Im a general contractor with extensive background in commercial and residential construction, remodeling, and renovation. When I began to look into this for a clients patio I couldn’t have imagined the cost.
Yea, how do we get the cost down so that it can be offered for residences? Not just moneyed HOAs and city governments?
Get a supplier. Binder and colored rubber is the most expensive. Black rubber is cheap. Liberty in Houston sell rubber by the bulk. Like .30 cents a pound.

You're correct. Dog kennels and doggie daycare facilities all over the US are looking into this surfacing and making changes. It's easily cleaned and is easy on their paws.
Can i use this for horse stall. Will it withstand horse piss?

I used to install this around pools and patios even indoors to convert a room into a gym
I do mostly garage epoxy flooring now , but I’d like to know if this would work in home garages or if it has a weight limit capacity

However, consistently parking a car on top of it would most likely cause the surfacing to deteriorate quicker.
