- Skiing all eight of the Ikon Pass resorts in the Canadian West. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly people, hot springs, and fun village at Panorama. I think this resort should be much more popular.

Great job like the way you set it all up. No annoying music like some reviews. You get right to the important things about skiing. Terrain, views, capris ski.

Great review, I’ve been over to Pano half a dozen times travelling from the other side of the world over the last 20 years. Best ski in ski out place there is.

My favorite resort in all of Canada and the ski hosts (called mountain friends) are the best

Is Panorama Canada’s best ski-in / ski-out on Ikon?
I have been considering a family week at one of Big White, Silver Star, Sun Peaks, Panorama.
I find your reviews very helpful. I look forward to more.
Thanks! Sun Peaks is bigger and more spread out in both skiing and lodging. Panorama has better views and a small and undiscovered feel. I'd lean towards Panorama because it has more character and better steeps. I can't speak on Big White or Silver star as I haven't been to either. Hope that helps.

Ever go to Kimberley Alpine Resort?
No, I'd like to. Fernie is the only other one I've visited nearby. Have footage of that area, but am focusing on Ikon resorts for now. Have you been to Kimberley?
@@bluebirdski not yet. Just moved to Nelson but haven't done a winter yet. Considering staying in Nelson or moving to Rossland, Kimberley, Fernie or Revy. Hard to choose
I was in Nelson last weekend. My favorite out of those places is Revelstoke. Best skiing and a cool little town. @@chrisnelson2770

The snow at panorama is non existent is my issue. They dont get much snow at all. Take advantage of RK heli ski which is above the village
Yeah, the joke I heard there is Panorama is a donut. All the resorts around them get dumped on, but nothing there. I need to double check the altitude, but I'm guessing the altitude allows it to stick.
