    1. It's braindead mods who permaban you or delete your comments for SERIOUSLY NO REASON. Once in a live stream I said how I am grinding resources to upgrade my characters. They instantly deleted my comment and warned me. I still can't find out what's so explicit about this comment of mine

    The thing about it is most of the big twitch streamers are rich kids. They didn't come from poverty. People like Susu and Tasha Leigh, to name a couple who for some reason never get named as toxic, who push male shaming while at the same time sellling their sexuality, are cashing in big time on male loneliness and suicide. And they think its just a joke.

    • @tessaPMpro
      @tessaPMpro 7 месяцев назад

      Loneliness isn't exclusively a male problem and women actually attempt suicide at higher rates than men, men are just much more successful with their suicide attempts which is why their suicide rate is higher despite their suicide attempt rate being lower. It was the digital version of me hanging out with a a bunch of friends after school; some of us would play a game in the living room while everyone else would just chat around the couch & comment on our friends playing the game. However, with people like Hasan, it just has become Hollywood for a niche, lonely & gamer audience. If he is so socialist/communist... why is he in capitalist America? He has enough money to retire anywhere in the world.
    It's also sad that these famous streamers like Emiru live in mansions, while simps & viewers are mostly young kids giving them what little money they have at that moment.

    I agree. Twitch has always been garbage. For instance, in this particular scenario, which is solely based on my personal experience with Twitch and their streams, but not really related to RUclips but, so let me explain: I distinctly remember aimlessly scrolling through various streams when I suddenly stumbled upon a streamer who expressed an interest in Hazbin Hotel or something similar. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the individual's name or his interests. But I know it was a male. Nevertheless, I took the opportunity to leave a kind comment, expressing my appreciation for their content and encouraging them to continue. However, to my surprise, moments later, the streamer responded with insults and derogatory language, referring to me as the B word. Consequently, their moderators banned me from the stream. Nevertheless, I refused to be deterred. Because I had alternate accounts to address the situation and explain why their behavior was unacceptable. However, the streamer blatantly ignored my messages and kept on going, seemingly dismissing the incident entirely. It is evident that this streamer displayed both stupidity and rudeness through their actions. Furthermore, I later found out that the individual was all drunk this entire time and falsely accused me of self-promotion, something that included like a website, when I actually didn't. This happened following the alternate account thing. And even if I did, then it's obviously the streamer's fault for not including it in his etiquette. Not a big deal whatsoever. Also I am an artist on the photography side and I show my photos, on mostly IRL and rarely the Internet. Anyway, that’s where it all ends.

    You make a lot of points but you also project a lot of yourself onto the arguments, not realizing that the argument has weight to you, but is ultimately subjective.
    I do applaud you for calling out actual tangible actions though, in despite of the fact that you personally think that what people say has any bearing or inkling to who they are as an actual person. Which it doesn't, the most common way to compensate for your actions is with your words. 😅
    Also not trying to be harsh, but I find it funny how you zoomers will blame their personal addictions(especially the 'dengay groin fever' AKA porn/bate addiction) on corpos.. as much as I hate them, they weren't the problem in this situation.
    The problem was your lack of impulse control, which is understandable, you were young. Combining with the fact that your parents were neglecting you... And Yes they were, if your kid has access to the internet and you're not checking the tabs 24/7, you're doing it wrong.
    You guys need to start taking responsibility for your lives... And hold the proper people in your life's responsible. Yes twitch isn't helping with promoting this stuff to younger kids, but your parents didn't care what site you went to..... And that's ultimately what started your addiction. 😬
    I think a big part of it is just the arrogance of your zoomer generation, a lot of you, including yourself, really think that you have the one truth spoken directly from some sort of God source and then whenever you cite your actual principles and their sources, it turns out it was a blog post on socialism, Communism, populism, stoicism or nihilism.....ideologies, political or not, devated since the time of their conceptions. Not proven to have any tangible benefits besides personal accounts and anecdotal evidence, where you have to kind of just take their word for it. And the fact that people would rather follow an ideology that's more akin to a religion then a real tangible ideology, and the double downing of that mistake, is one of the main things that make the internet and in extension twitch so toxic.
    All these streamers think they're the moral high ground, the golden goose, just like you do in your video. 😂

    Really good video. As someone who’s getting close to 30 I can’t stand the influence of people like Kai Cenat and xqc on the youth. They’re extremely annoying and self-absorbed people. However I want to clear something up about Hassan. I don’t particularly like him or anything, and maybe as a non-socialist or someone not studied it’s confusing, but making the kind of money and living the kind of lifestyle he does isn’t necessarily hypocritical or anti-socialist in any way. Maybe he doesn’t represent socialists the best, but his actions are his own. Socialists believe there’s no ethical consumption under capitalism. Some of the main figureheads in socialism even come from wealth, like Fredrick Engels for example. Understanding anti-capitalist critique and wanting to move away from the relationship that workers currently have with their workplaces doesn’t mean you have to live a modest lifestyle. Sure it would be nice, but as things stand now his actions will always be unethical. Whether he buys a small house and cheap clothes, or a mansion and all designer. The labor value of hundreds if not thousands were exploited along the way.

Twitch/streaming has turned into a disgusting amalgamation of sterile corporate branding mixed with degenerate frat culture, and has very little to do with gaming at all. There's scenes in pg films that sexualize women and can sometimes be quite explicit, it's the same thing. I don't think having a sponsor like fansly for an event that clearly needs those sponsors in order to actually be successful is necessarily a bad thing. It's the actual promotion of the sexual content on those websites without making it CLEAR and vital information that users must be 18+. For example, ludwigs event could've been fine with the fansly sponsor if they just made it clear on each promotional segment on screen and through audio that users MUST be 18 or over. Although, to me i find it hard to believe that they didn't already do that but i'm not about to research whether they did or not. Also, some of these things you're putting on the creators rather than the platform or the users themselves, xqc is the biggest creator because of the pure dedication he has to streaming, he literally streams at least 6 hours a day usually up to 15 hours meanwhile maintaining high energy and entertainment throughout. That's why he gets to post reaction videos onto his youtube with little to no effort, because that's literally what people enjoy. Him streaming for 10+ hours most days is what allows him to "steal content", people watch those reaction videos FOR xqc not for the videos themselves (of course there's a small portion that watch for the videos themselves, but as long as the reactor, xqc in this case isn't annoying, having that person in the corner giving commentary every so often does nothing but add to the video you're watching 90% of the time). Also, for the record i don't actually watch xqc but literally any twitch viewer that respects the platform could vouch for what i'm saying about him.

    • @LemonLicker
      @LemonLicker 11 месяцев назад +5

      It just seems to me this topic runs deep with you because of the porn addiction you mentioned, and i obviously understand your worry and i agree with many of your points. But to think these creators are actually BAD PEOPLE for promoting OF girls or fansly girls is kinda ridiculous imo. I think to be bad your intentions have to be bad, the majority of these streamers have nothing but good intentions, and i think what you're actually referring to is a generational problem rather than just a Twitch problem. For example instagram, snapchat, twitter etc all have softcore p*rn on them too, with creators promoting this shit constantly. I do agree that Twitch partnering with fansly and allowing people to join fansly with twitch accounts is ridiculous, and such a bad business move from twitch but they are struggling for money at the moment so i can kinda understand why they did it, although i obviously disagree with them doing it. Somehow forgot to mention tiktok within all of this, HAVE YOU SEEN TIKTOK CHRIST ALMIGHTY THAT PLATFORM NEEDS JESUS.

    • @LemonLicker
      @LemonLicker 11 месяцев назад +2

      Also, being a chatter is just the same as commenting on reddit, it's being part of a "community" along with just goofing about not actually taking anything too serious, that's the fun of twitch chats. I haven't typed in a twitch chat in years nor watched more than maybe 5 hours of content this year on that website but when i was younger i spent a lot of time on twitch just finding small streamers to talk to because i was essentially just lonely, and i'm sorry if you disagree but i feel like i gained nothing but positive experiences from doing that. I was never part of the "hive mind" you refer to in the video, but i know what it's like to feel part of a community on the website and as long as you don't let it become unhealthy (e.g. spending hours per day watching your fav streamer, or donating countless amounts of money just to get the attention of your fav streamer) i honestly don't see the issue of just being a viewer. I think you're just looking at the website as a whole through these dark tinted glasses and aren't allowing yourself to see any positive side of it whatsoever. It's entertainment, and at the end of the day all entertainment essentially just rots your brain because the whole point is that you don't have to think or engage in any crazy way you're literally just feeding yourself dopamine like you said, that's all entertainment in the world. It feels like you just wanted to connect it to dopamine in order to promote your own stuff, because that honestly had nothing to do with your overall point about the website/streamers being toxic. Of course it's connected to dopamine, the same as basically everything in our lives and it's only up to you whether you wanna get sucked into that dopamine fiending hole.

    I understand what you’re saying but the problem I have with this video is it seems like you’re saying all twitch and streaming is is corn related. You’re brushing off the many many gaming creators and just saying no twitch streamers are this. The only people you mentioned are people who have already had controversies. What about the ones that don’t? You’re right. Streaming is weird. Why do people do it and why do people watch it? What about making RUclips videos? Why do you make RUclips videos? You spend hours upon hours doing research, recording, editing, and everything in between. I get what you’re saying about your distaste for Twitch and streaming as a whole. But it’s not fair for you to point at 18+ content and say well this is all streaming is so it’s bad. There’s so much 18+ content on RUclips it’s insane. There’s nude yoga. A person shaving their asshole. Constant videos of people that could be considered corn. Like I said, I understand where you’re coming from, I just think you have an unfair bias especially because you beat your corn addiction. Which great on you dude! I think your whole point about mental health is so important but I don’t think these streams are any different than any other form of celebrity/entertainment. So I guess it’s more of a society as a whole thing but for me that’s just basic human nature. Technically some of the streamers you are talking about are making entertainment for adults and I think everything is fair game there. Of course they are aware and pander to young audiences but yea that is on the parents imo. It’s like gta in the early 2000s all over again. Also speed is a kid himself like 19 the amount of dumb shit we all did at that age like he’s a smart and knows what he’s doing but wouldn’t say he’s a degenerate.
