I play with lazio btw, just starting third season

In PES ,there is an option where you can customize Kits,Badges,League names,stadium names etc.So you aren't stuck with the shitty unlicensed versions of clubs like Manchester Blue or Merseyside Reds.

As I am from Spain, I always find quite annoying the fact that they don't care about Spanish Leagues, don't give us real managers, some of the important players haven't got their real faces (when they give their real faces to totally unknown players), we have great stadiums but in FIFA games we only have 3 (They didn't do much for retaining CAMP NOU!), and, what's worse, they let the youth Spanish teams be independent of their first teams and let them buy old players (they should fix this and add youth leagues, at least, English, Italian, German and French teams should have it. It is difficult to see in FIFA games because there are so many teams to give them youth teams and because in Spain we don't have youth leagues but it would be cool even to have the opportunity to play with them as we do with national teams and to have real youth team players). They should fix trainings, it's too easy to have great players when using it. Also, when you have transformed a shitty team in the best in the world, the comments are still favour of great teams (that surpassed already).
And I would like to see better customization options virtual pro and for real players as well. It would be cool to have the chance of, for example, change the haircut and the facial hair of the "real face" players and the chance to change the face and body of players with no "real face".

Rather than the press conferences, there should be random interview scenarios throughout the season regarding transfers, expectations, jobs, etc
The Journey was new offline game mode added to the game this year that EA dedicated a solid amount of time, money and resources to the making and marketing of. With that in mind, they do still clearly have an interest in offline game modes and it's entirely possible that they could make some serious improvements to career mode and really push that game mode in the future.

They potentially won't really change anything again, no. But it's by speaking out like this that they'll maybe take note and make positive changes to make the game mode better. If we all just keep quiet and don't have our say on what we feel they should be doing, change will almost definitely not occur. If we let them know our thoughts though, then at least we've done our best to be heard.

Couple things I would love for FIFA 18 1. Fix the dam age declining for example Messi 29 years old first season already declining in stats. I think players should decline once they start playing badly. 2. The ability loan in big players who are doing bad in their teams or the manager would like to loan them out for example Falcao to Man united the Chelsea, and Joe Hart to Torino 3. I honestly think they should really fix the way the teams play for example Liverpool are doing good except the past few games but they're top 6 usually in career mode they like in the second half of the table. Like I believe the teams should be playing the same style as they do in real life ( I don't know if this one is too much, but I think it would make it cool.)
Main thing I want is something internationally. Perhaps more achievments for winning, just, something. Right now it's just a boring hassle.. And more countries I guess as well, I want to play for my country, Honduras/manage it, not a random country/2nd favourite. Nice video mate :)

PLAYER MODE: - coming of bench/play maybe 25-20-15 mins - becoming team captain - outgrowing the team and the team won't sell you, you can start on champleague 2 and be a 95ovrl and the team won't sell you unless you ask to be transfers, isn't that how most small team on my understanding places like South America that's how they make their money by selling developed players, but in the game u can play 10 seasons with a 2 or 3 star team and they don't sell u - teams should show interest on u, like maybe get emails about scouts being on the bleachers watching ur games. - when being transfer can u get more info on the team you going to like what if ur a LW but the team u going to doesn't use wingers, or if u play better on a 4-2-3-1 scheme u might not want to go to a team that doesn't use ur position.
I think they should add different commentary teams fo each league and I would also like all the scottish leagues or at least celtic park to be in the game

They should also add a new kit designer so you can have a new kit every season. They should have some design specifications though; E.G the Manchester City home kit must be light blue.
Honestly number 4 is the most crucial change that has to be made to carreer mode. I thought i was the only one that didnt like the predifined potential system, im glad you mentioned it and hopefully EA considers making a change on that part.
Something I want to see change in FIFA 18, is have all the International teams licensed. and have more International teams like Ghana, Croatia, Bosnia, etc. and get rid of like India, and others.

When championship teams go to premier league and premier league teams get relegated, change the font if the kits. its annoying when you see the championship teams go to the prem but still have the football league writing on their shirts.
Physical training as well, not as a replacement for normal training but as like an add on. So u could have like 2 players doing physical training and 3 players doing technical
I hear you Loud and Clear with the Opposition team difficulty oddity - In Career with Manchester United, I always struggle more against Crystal Palace and WBA than any other BPL teams. The latter were the only Premier League team to beat me all season in the league in season 3 (W29 D7 L1 2-1 Vs West Brom) Players like Solomon Rondon and Conor Wickham for Palace are ones that score fairly easily against me.
Swansea, Cardiff and Newport play in the English system because they have always done so. It is part of their tradition now. Wales does however have its own league system.
I've been playing FIFA career mode since it came out, and I gotta honestly say that FIFA 17 was terrible. The flashy graphics and new cutscenes for managers and whatnot disguised the fact that this edition had a shit load of problems, especially in CM. Button latency, unrealistic transfers, a completely backwards manager rating system, and some of the WORST scripting I have ever come across. Genuinely disappointed in EA. Knew they are assholes,

Player career mode needs a huge revamp. It has so much potential. There should definitely be cutscenes, and you should be allowed to give interviews, and give your morale. Would be insane.

About the point regarding player potential. It already is kinda like that. In FIFA 15 my friend and I got Jayden Stockley, a player with 68 potential, to 79 rated just by playing and scoring with him.

Imagine being able to expand stadiums. If they had like a pre made menu with alternatives for designer on a new stage or whatever.. like if you were to expand, let´s say sir bobby Charlton stand on Old Trafford, you were able to "design it" yourself. You get it pre made, you pick the one that fits the stadium the best. Would be cool, especially for smaller stadiums that you can make completely different after a while

in form squads for career and players benefitting in overall and stats from winning trophies, players getting into team of the season/week and the ballon d'or on career, it would also be good to be able to customise kits at the end of each season
Have a fan factor with the game. Let home vs away games mean something. Play well, have crowds get louder, which could increase game player stats, and if you play bad and the fans boo the players, it would have a negative affect causing bad touches and passes.
It's not though, is it... There's no player development; player ratings don't change through time, different players don't rise through the ranks, you have to adhere to chemistry issues if you want to get the best out of them, and in order to play with them best players in the game? You're probably going to have to use your real-life credit card.
The part about bigger teams easier to beat. I've noticed this in the past 3 Career modes. I first noticed it in FIFA 14. I took Portsmouth up the leagues. Won the FA Cup and got a place in Europa League when I was in the Championship. Thought I was going to need to be heavily defensive. Played 5 at the back and I beat Inter Milan, Juventus and PSG by 3 or 4 goals on Legendary. Really confused me as I played teams like Barnet, Scunthorpe etc and I struggled to just beat them by 1 with the same tactics.
Big thing too, alter the colors of the away and alternate kits after a season is done... would make it look like your actually playing in 2024 and not the 2016-17 season every year... same thing with the PL numbers and badge on newly promoted sides being updated.
I agree with all of them especially contract clauses, stadium expanses and youth leagues. you should also be able to change back room staff or coaches which allow you to do train better etc.
I've always wanted a promoted team to be able to switch the league badge on the side of their jerseys when they get promoted instead of having a league 2 badge while playing in the premier league
In FIFA 16 I was playing Arsenal career mode and I bought Nigel de Jong from AC Milan, he was 30 years old and 81 rated with no potenial of course. I played 4 seasons and I used him a lot, and he was 85 rated with 34 years. Idk how that happend, but it was so fun :D
(For number 5) I used to play career mode FIFA 13 on my psp and I remember them having this thing called efficiency rating which showed how efficient they were in different positions

FUT killed the Career mode.

Yeah... I still much prefer FIFA 17 to FIFA 16. But the beta gameplay was definitely more enjoyable in my opinion as well.

I honestly think they should really fix the way the teams play for example Liverpool are doing good except the past few games but they're top 6 usually in career mode they like in the second half of the table. Like I believe the teams should be playing the same style as they do in real life ( I don't know if this one is too much, but I think it would make it cool.)

On fifa 14 mobile career mode players change rating if you put them in a position for example:
Dani Alves at RB: 77 rated

- coming of bench/play maybe 25-20-15 mins
- becoming team captain
- outgrowing the team and the team won't sell you, you can start on champleague 2 and be a 95ovrl and the team won't sell you unless you ask to be transfers, isn't that how most small team on my understanding places like South America that's how they make their money by selling developed players, but in the game u can play 10 seasons with a 2 or 3 star team and they don't sell u
- teams should show interest on u, like maybe get emails about scouts being on the bleachers watching ur games.
- when being transfer can u get more info on the team you going to like what if ur a LW but the team u going to doesn't use wingers, or if u play better on a 4-2-3-1 scheme u might not want to go to a team that doesn't use ur position.
I think they should add different commentary teams fo each league and I would also like all the scottish leagues or at least celtic park to be in the game

What about a more important part for the fans, such as player transfers approval, influence on the players game at home depending on its latest performances, croud cheering the players name and much else...
The ability to upgrade facilities such as training, youth and medical would be good as well. Also they should add Under 21 and Under 23 teams.
They should also add a new kit designer so you can have a new kit every season. They should have some design specifications though; E.G the Manchester City home kit must be light blue.
Honestly number 4 is the most crucial change that has to be made to carreer mode. I thought i was the only one that didnt like the predifined potential system, im glad you mentioned it and hopefully EA considers making a change on that part.

in the ea sports nhl series they use to have a mode called gm connected where you could be a general manager and do manager Career mode online with your friends they removed it in nhl 16 though but it is definitely possible for them to do it in fifa
When championship teams go to premier league and premier league teams get relegated, change the font if the kits. its annoying when you see the championship teams go to the prem but still have the football league writing on their shirts.

I hear you Loud and Clear with the Opposition team difficulty oddity - In Career with Manchester United, I always struggle more against Crystal Palace and WBA than any other BPL teams. The latter were the only Premier League team to beat me all season in the league in season 3 (W29 D7 L1 2-1 Vs West Brom) Players like Solomon Rondon and Conor Wickham for Palace are ones that score fairly easily against me.

I've been playing FIFA career mode since it came out, and I gotta honestly say that FIFA 17 was terrible. The flashy graphics and new cutscenes for managers and whatnot disguised the fact that this edition had a shit load of problems, especially in CM. Button latency, unrealistic transfers, a completely backwards manager rating system, and some of the WORST scripting I have ever come across. Genuinely disappointed in EA. Knew they are assholes,

Player career mode needs a huge revamp. It has so much potential. There should definitely be cutscenes, and you should be allowed to give interviews, and give your morale. Would be insane.

About the point regarding player potential. It already is kinda like that. In FIFA 15 my friend and I got Jayden Stockley, a player with 68 potential, to 79 rated just by playing and scoring with him.

Teams shouldn't have an identity, managers should have an identity, and they should switch clubs a lot more, e.g. if Chelsea come 10th Conte should be sacked and they bring someone else in with a new play style

Imagine being able to expand stadiums. If they had like a pre made menu with alternatives for designer on a new stage or whatever.. like if you were to expand, let´s say sir bobby Charlton stand on Old Trafford, you were able to "design it" yourself. You get it pre made, you pick the one that fits the stadium the best. Would be cool, especially for smaller stadiums that you can make completely different after a while

Have a fan factor with the game. Let home vs away games mean something. Play well, have crowds get louder, which could increase game player stats, and if you play bad and the fans boo the players, it would have a negative affect causing bad touches and passes.

There's no player development; player ratings don't change through time, different players don't rise through the ranks, you have to adhere to chemistry issues if you want to get the best out of them, and in order to play with them best players in the game? You're probably going to have to use your real-life credit card.
The part about bigger teams easier to beat. I've noticed this in the past 3 Career modes. I first noticed it in FIFA 14. I took Portsmouth up the leagues. Won the FA Cup and got a place in Europa League when I was in the Championship. Thought I was going to need to be heavily defensive. Played 5 at the back and I beat Inter Milan, Juventus and PSG by 3 or 4 goals on Legendary. Really confused me as I played teams like Barnet, Scunthorpe etc and I struggled to just beat them by 1 with the same tactics.

I think that's already a thing, right? Certain players have the injury prone trait and are therefore more likely to pick up injuries in the game.

Big thing too, alter the colors of the away and alternate kits after a season is done... would make it look like your actually playing in 2024 and not the 2016-17 season every year... same thing with the PL numbers and badge on newly promoted sides being updated.
I agree with all of them especially contract clauses, stadium expanses and youth leagues. you should also be able to change back room staff or coaches which allow you to do train better etc.

I've always wanted a promoted team to be able to switch the league badge on the side of their jerseys when they get promoted instead of having a league 2 badge while playing in the premier league

I remember I could do more thing on FIFA 08 than on 16. I remember being able to program training and choose preseason teams to play friendlies with.

In FIFA 16 I was playing Arsenal career mode and I bought Nigel de Jong from AC Milan, he was 30 years old and 81 rated with no potenial of course. I played 4 seasons and I used him a lot, and he was 85 rated with 34 years. Idk how that happend, but it was so fun :D
(For number 5) I used to play career mode FIFA 13 on my psp and I remember them having this thing called efficiency rating which showed how efficient they were in different positions
(For number 8) they had substitutions during simulated matches in my psp FIFA 13 aswell don't get why they got rid of these helpful features
