Yes she was a teacher and we can all learn a valuable lesson from her life. It’s terrible when people are bullied. We know right from wrong because we are made in God’s image and are moral beings. We know God exists because something can’t come from nothing, that’s a scientific impossibility. Have you ever of God’s law, the Ten Commandments? The ninth Commandment is DO NOT LIE. How many lies have you told in your life? The eight commandment is DO NOT STEAL. Have you ever stolen anything regardless of value? The third Commandment is DO NOT TAKE THE LORD’S NAME IN VAIN. Have you ever used God’s name to express disgust or anger? (OMG, Jesus) That’s called blasphemy when you take the name of God who loves you and gave you life and use it as a curse word. The seventh Commandment is DO NOT COMMIT ADULTERY. Have you ever looked with lust or had sex before marriage? The punishment for sin is death and Hell. Jesus died on the cross to pay the fine for your sins. The only way to Heaven is repent(turning away from sin because you see how serious sin is and you turn to God.) and put your trust in Jesus. “Turn to God in repentance and have faith in the Lord Jesus.” Acts 20:21 The moment you do that you will have enteral life in Heaven.

As a nurse they misconveyed the "breathing " part. Charge dx patients don't have to "think " about breathing. It's still dictated by the autonomous nervous system .

As for Sarah. My dear. You just stay the lovely, caring, and charming person you are. That comment about instagrammable made me crack up because I photograph most of the dishes that I make and put them on Instagram so I can remember what types of dishes to prepare when I run out of ideas! I honestly had no idea anyone else posts photos of food on Instagram! I actually rewound that part because I thought I heard her wrong!

My daughter was diagnosed with C.H.A.R.G.E. syndrome in 1977 shortly after she was born and Is one of, if not the oldest living person with CHARGE in the USA. CHARGE is very different from person to person, however there are certain aspects of the syndrome that are the same. My daughter is now 41 soon to be 42 OCT 14th, she has been married, has an associate degree, has a full time job (when her health permits) drives, and has had one child (her daughter died June 14, 2018-down syndrome ). She has lead a very independent life considering all of the surgeries and other complications associated with CHARGE. I write this to give hope to all the mothers and fathers that have children diagnosed with CHARGE syndrome. Hang in there, there is hope for your child, they can have a fulfilling life as long as you parents don't give up on them. Sarah Thank you for sharing your story with the world and I wish all the best to you and your mum and dad.

Sarah, you are kind, you are smart, YOU ARE IMPORTANT! Remember that mantra (I am kind, I am smart, I am important) don't let anyone ever tell you anything less. You're such an inspiration, and you have so much potential and have overcome so many obstacles in life where others who are more able bodied would of already given up. Not you, you strive forward with your life and independence, and that beacon of light shines so bright from within you. I am truly sorry that you had to experience bullying, and there is simply no excuse for it, all I can say is - you did not deserve it, and that there are unfortunately some horrible people in this world, who are so unhappy and sad with their own lives Sarah they feel the need to put others down so they can feel better at your expense. It's truly sad, and I wish you so much more happiness in this world. You have such a kind, and caring family who clearly love you very dearly, and are so proud of you. I'm proud of you, and I am a total stranger, this entire community on Attitude is proud of you. Remember there are people in this world, who sadly won't ever have the opportunity to meet you - but care so much about you, never forget that either - there are people out there who care about you, despite them being strangers and never having met you there are good people out there. Much love from England, Zach.

Hi, Sarah. You are great! I love your attitude.
I was a Special Ed. School Bus driver here in the US 😘a few years ago. I met my one and only Charge Syndrome kid. The mother was anxious for her child at first, but soon relaxed when she saw how her child was doing. The kid had a more severe form than you, but was fun to be around.

Sarah, please know that bullies have their own issues that make them act out their frustrations on others (especially against people they are jealous of). Anything they say is in no way the truth of who you are & what you are capable of doing!
I've silenced bullies by saying "thank you & I hope you find happiness". They truly didn't know how to respond to actual kindness & left me alone.
Never let the fear of failure or judgment stop you from living life to the fullest.
I hope you continue to have a wonderful life full of love, happiness, & adventure!

Aside from her physical limitations, which she has learned to handle beautifully, she is quite articulate & has a good head on her shoulders. Her parents have much to be proud of. It’s a shame there are bully’s in this world, I guess it takes all kinds of people to make up this world, but as Sarah’s motto on her shirt read “It’s cool to be kind” a bully needs to take note of and apply! Sara you are so wonderful and I just wanted to say thank you for sharing your story. I’ve been feeling really sad lately because someone who I love very much has moved far away from me and I won’t see her anymore. I miss her and I think of her every day. I have pain in my heart but I also have back pain. Your video made me realize that I need to have change my attitude. I’m very lucky that only my back hurts. I’m doing pretty well besides that. I have been sleeping too much because I’ve been so sad that I haven’t wanted to wake up in the morning. Today I saw your video and I realized that I should try as hard as you do. You have so much joy inside your heart even though you have health problems. Tomorrow I will wake up and I will get dressed and because of you I will make myself smile, I might even go out for a walk. What I do know is that tomorrow will be so much better for me because of you Sara. Thank you so much for doing this video it was very cool of you to share your life story. I think that you’re amazing and you are very sweet. Keep up the good work, don’t give up and definitely stay cool!
