Please download drivers from website of laptop manufacturer like dell, hp whatever your make and model and try to install it.

Give solutions in which you don’t have to go to any icon …..THE mouse is NOT moving….. how can you think of clicking anything and then typing…
1- You can use keyboard shortcuts to go to any icons / applications.
2- you can use external usb mouse to control. 3- You may restart the system from keyboard.
