The biggest factor for me in favour of Rampage in an MMA fight is leg kicks rather than grappling, anyone who's never been leg kicked hard can't understand how utterly debilitating it is.

Growing up in Gleasons, I can remember a true story. Zab was sparring against a fellow amateur and some mma guy began trash talking him because he felt Zab went too hard on the sparring partner. Back then Zab used to come to the gym about 15 deep hahaha. Whether Zab would’ve gotten killed or not, he was still down to fight the guy. His entourage had to hold him back. Good times, Gleasons gym was known for some wild shit going down from time to time lol.

with.a year in wrestling defense & strength training plus their boxing expertise, they're more than ready. but wrestling is key. i wrestled in
high school on and off and i half azzed it but i could hold my own with the dudes who went state. but learning the fundamentals in wrestling is key. have a good take down defense and learning to get back on your feet is the key. yall already got the hands just work on getting back up on your feet.

Did the mma class, then the bjj class with those pros getting ready for fights ( with a torn knee) If I'm tough like that imagine the high level mma fighters. I started in boxing at Biggs in Atlanta 22 years ago. I much later ( fue 7 yrs) did every Class offered in mma daily every day. I was made fun of for taking the boxing class as well (trained from a real pro boxers). So I understand where the boxers are upset w mma fighters however yall making boxers look bad.
