    Back when animators were animators.

There was a wide range of animation quality back in the 90s, including within the same show, but this right here is a great example of quality animation that gives soul to the characters. While we have some very clean lines these days and characters stay on model better than ever, such as on any of those Seth MacFarlane shows, sadly the animation is just about moving from point A to point B, so to speak. If it wasn't for some of the few good voice actors we have today there would be no soul to most 2D animated characters. With that said, at least there are more and more quality animators popping up on YT giving us amazing short animations every now and then.

Do you know if this is Disney in house or Star Toons? I get the vibe it's Star Toons. My favorite animation on my favorite show when I was a kid, Tiny Toons, was done by usually Star Toons or Tokyo Movie. It's hard to believe Tokyo Movie later went on to do the infamous Cowboy Bebop anime. Ah but I'm reminiscing too much.😅

This was animated by Walt Disney Australia, I think Star Toons did not work on any Disney cartoons. Tokyo Movie/TMS did, but not on Bonkers. Star Toons animated for Warner Bros., I really liked their work too on Tiny Toons and Taz-Mania. Disney Australia were known as Disney's best in-house animators for expressive faces, but you're right they have a similar style to Star Toons.

I’m glad this show never came back. This was animated garbage.
