In manual (page 35-38) is written something like: hold speed 70-80kph ias with collective full down, read the descent rate, multiply number by 3-4 and the result is flare altitude. At flare altitude hold attitude 10° above horizont and pull collective until your descent rate is slow enough. At 4-6 m altitude, set landing pitch attitude.
