My question is when applying for spousal open work permit for my wife do I still need the agent to apply on my behalf or is a thing I can do on my own without involving the agent?

For 1 year masters program spousal open work permit will not be allowed except the masters program of the tenure 16 months and above. My question is as I have already enrolled in my one years masters program in organizational Management at Crandall University for January 2025 intake got necessary study permit and visa earlier to this changes announced. In such cases shall it be applicable to my spouse? My 2nd question is will my only kid below 18 year be able to come and eligible for free education? Mentionable, in recent changes there was nothing mentioned regarding kids free education except spousal open work permit restriction for those enrolled in one year masters program. If you child is going to be in primary or secondary school, he or she will have free education but anything above that, you need to pay 🙏💎

You can do it on your own as long as you have access to your wife ircc account, some agent do not give access to this and it’s very bad
