I've sent two videos to your Lt. Martin demonstrating that your officers either don't understand or don't follow the Texas ID laws (including one of your training officers formerly with the sherrif's department). In addition to use of force training, please also make sure that they also know and understand that except in very specific circumstances, they cannot demand ID or threaten to arrest for failure to ID.

I wish we had law enforcement departments in NJ like this that actually care about people instead of themselves and committing crimes sometimes while in uniform and mostly with no repercussions. Smfh...
