One of the guy's in my static is actually an Empress Arcana main. We tend to go toe to toe on almost every fight. I actually made a split screen vod of us on one of our Akkan G3 kills if you want to check it out. Separately there's also just his solo POV of that same series.
I think it really comes down to playstyle preference. Arcana is the more challenging of the two classes. Pistoleer is infinitely better at AOE and would be a top tier chaos dungeon clearer on top of having a lot of damage potential in raids if you build them right. Whereas my buddy says Arcana is probably his worst chaos dungeon.

Wait you can transfer stuff from jump servers to your main account? But they have their own auction house?
after 6 months jump servers are merged with the normal one
Our plan is to gradually accumulate gold on a char on the jumpstart. Then when they open markets up to the other servers you can do some shopping on the jumpstart of a few choice items from your main roster's server.
Did you have 1590 brel weapon or?
Yes, actually today at 3pmEST I'll be doing Akkan HM and finish getting the weapon. I'm pretty pumped about it.
