      Yes, many new apartment developments’ bathrooms often don’t have windows, so extractor fans are installed.🙏

    Beware when buying new build in uk! The build quality makes the worst HK developer look like special high quality. Uk has no protection against the developers ripping off people unlike in HK. Also property management companies in uk that you pay your service charge to are also much more evil than the ones you are used to in HK.

      The reason for the management companies being able to rip you off is because they are selected by the freeholder and not you the leaseholder (basically a long term rental and remains of feudalism in UK). So you pay but you have no say or control.
