Great demo but I don't see anything that this offers that my Hunter X2 with the Wi-Fi Module doesn't do. So exactly what features does it have over the Hunter that would make you switch? What model Hunter do you currently have?
Great question, thanks for watching. I apologize that I wasn’t able to covey that in my review, first one so I am learning. I have the Hunter Hydrawise Controller. 1st- would I switch from that controller to the Imolaza straight up, no. There is not enough difference to switch. If you had a manual controller, one without wifi connectivity, then absolutely worth it. Its hard to explain but the way the app functions is smoother and more intuitive than the hunter. I am by no means putting down the Hunter because I’ve used it for years. I believe the algorithm that the Imolaza uses with inputs for grass type and soil type would make a difference as Hunter does not offer that. Cost plays a big roll too. Hunter Hydrawise controller is $200+ while the Imolaza is slightly less. Again, not advocating switching just wanted to show the product, app and installation. Thanks for watching and best of luck.
