Ahh Will! Hey! I don’t know for sure but I think the saying you were looking for at 14 mins in was “Is it true, is it kind, and is it necessary”? There are a few variations of this saying but it’s essentially the same thing. People apparently attribute it to Socrates. It’s cool the moon is in Leo today cause I just found out I had this energy along with Cap moon! Thanks for the video and enjoy your 34th birthday Friday!😄🙏✨

Thank you for your encouragement regarding fears. Been thinking a lot for sure ( both helpful and unhelpful ) and worries and fears have come up.
