I love the little detail of how each boss has an item it's weak to based on a logical weakness. Spoiled Rotten is supposed to be a child, bugle works best against it because children are easily startled by loud noises. Cractus is based on a a plant, and plants are vulnerable to fire. Catbat is primarily based on a cat, and dogs are seen as natural enemies of cats. Aerodent is a mouse/rat, and kissing rats/mice and holding them close to one's face is deeply distressing for them. Cuckoo Condor is based on a cuckoo clock, and intricate machinery can be most damaged by brute force. Golden Diva is based on an evil aristocratic woman, they tend to be portrayed as being afraid of large dogs. The only one not reduced to HP by their respective item is Golde Diva, but it still takes away over half of her HP.
G&W debuted in Melee in 2001. Wario Land 4 was released in 2001 Consider it a joint partnership. Even in Warioware, G&W shows up Same R&D Team, btw, R&D1
I suppose the items are an interesting way to make the game easier...With all that power though, you'd think the shopkeeper could be an optional, tricky boss!
Isn’t it weird that the main 4 bosses have weaknesses to the respective items shown in the video? I only ever bought the Big Lips item because Aerodent was the only boss that gave me trouble on S-Hard.
@@Mojo1356 No, that's princess Shokora, buddy. She was turned into a black cat by Golden Diva. She also turns into the shopkeeper as is evident at the end of this video.
@@L1fe0nM4rs I don’t know how that works though since the final boss smashes the shop owner if it uses an item with the princess in cat form coming in shortly after.
@@Mojo1356 My brother, I cannot explain this to you any further. The shopkeeper literally transforms into the cat when fighting Golden Diva here. Please check the Mario Wiki.

That smile should be a taunt in Smash. Or the passive dance, both are good.

Roguelike moment
Shopkeeper is the princess though

Isn't that ironic that the Game and Watch dudette/Black Cat can become a lips and turn get sucked by the Golden Diva lips?
It's not the same one
He looks like mr. Game and watch
She not he
Because it is mr game and watch
It is MGAW
Fun fact: the bugle sounds like a 3rd copper horn in minecraft
Mr Game and Watch ⌚
That dog barking sound xD
boss items also tells you where you need to hit
ive always used the Black Dragon on the Golden Diva. U saying the Dog does one point more damage?
It played pure water in crouch 1:21
Try using some items on Spoiled rotten
You can’t. There’s no store in front of Spoiled Rotten.
@@Tkdboy-gk1wk There is, it's just not all the items are available yet
Spoiled rotten is weak to bugle
Well, I tried using the Bugle on Spoiled Rotten, and it was surprisingly effective.
@@Tkdboy-gk1wk There is, but only the first four are available. Bugle works best.
So the first four ítems are worthless?
The bugle's good against Spoiled Rotten, reduces it to 2 HP. The others though are pretty much "you get what you pay for".
Is that supposed to be Mr. Game and Watch?
This is Princess Shokora. ( the dark cat in the game )
Interesting

So why does everyone call the shopkeeper a she when it’s Mr. Game and Watch? It’s not Ms. Game and Watch.
Cause it's not Mr. Game and Watch.
@@L1fe0nM4rs it is Game and Watch pal.
