My very first Snap on tool was the #47 pliers bought in 1982 when I was an A&P mechanic. Still have those pliers. Virtually no wear. I also bought the un-dipped diagonal cutters which at that time were the “Suction Grip” with little dimples for no slip. Love those tools.
