I have a family friend who is now a retired Met Police Negotiator and been all round the world working with the best in the UK and States. Told me some great and really tragic stories during his service in the Met. A great book to read is The Negotiator by Ben Lopez, its brilliant and touching book. Given me ideas to create a series around the idea.
