Instant Manga Curry

Instant Mango Pickle is a quick and easy mango pickle recipe that even beginner cooks can make. Its takes very little time and tastes absolutely delicious! It goes by the name of Manga curry (mango curry) in most households.
Its a common pickle that we make we make at home in South India and usually served on banana leaf meals at weddings, but otherwise it is not found as a bottled pickle in any shops. The reason for that is its low shelf life and pushes you to consume it within a few days with the help of storing it in the fridge.
