So Hann(Alone) was about being cheated on and acting strong in front of your past lover, telling him that you will erase him from your memory and will move on. Then Hann(Alone in Winter) is about you realizing that you can't really forget him. What you said that you will erase him was all a lie. Your world became dull and cold. Then Hwaa was about finally overcoming that cold and heartbreak and building yourself again and able to bloom as beautiful as ever.
thats beautiful - omg we stan kpop idolsssss Seriously why do people say liking kpop is weird? Most of their lyrics are much more meaningful and they always put on a show, no matter the idols
ok but did y'all notice the theme from the first hann repeats here: 1:26 I really admire songwriters from a music perspective and Soyeon is so inspiring. That was a genius move, she varied the theme a little but has the same overall notes and effect. Never thought it would have fit in this song but she did it :0
This sounds like a background music for a game series or a game character. So much vibe of finding the mystery treasure or fighting with a dragon or something lol.
The song is linked to the previous song "Hann (Alone)" You can see that the accompaniment from 1:27 is the melody of the previous song "Hann (Alone)" I'm Korean, so the sentence can be awkward because I use a translator. Thank you for your interest in G-IDLE comeback! 🥰
No i think this entire song and Hwaa really fit Miyeon’s vocalizing style to the T. Minnie sounds like she’s acting apathetic and numb to the pain inside, while Miyeon is vocalizing her resentment and hatred from the inside to outward rage
Both Miyeon and Yuqi are amazing! Aswell as all of them! Miyeon's scream/high note; 1:09 Yuqi's scream/high note; 2:13 Miyeon's high note were like so powerful, hatred, shorter. While Yuqi's high note were like emotional, sadness, longer..
wtf can people just enjoy this masterpiece? line distribution has never ever been equal, esp with member that's Visual in role. Let shuhua grow herself slowly.

This song gives me anime vibes and OST for historical drama's. Definitely one of my fave bsides after moon. But who am I kidding? i love all their b sides in this album 💕
Honestly, this can pass as an ost for saeguk drama, especially the scene when either the king or the queen was waiting for each other or when the king liking the concubine more than his queen
shuhua when she uses his low tone has similar to the vocal style of miyeon and minnie. SHUHUA HAS POTENTIAL, it lacks practice. but there is no doubt that it does. on top of that, her tone is different. I love her.
i don't get why dont they train shuha to sing and let her have more parts. well, she doesnt need to be the lead singer but at least not so little. a few lines is better than lalalalala@@ it just make shuhua looks poor and been bullied... and its so wired
@@baconlife9095 idle has said several times that they work on line distribution together. they don’t think about who’s singing the most, it’s about the performance and the final product. the girls are best friends and if someone had a problem with the lines it would’ve been addressed.
@@baconlife9095 btw shuhua does train... she’s just a bit slow at it and that’s okay. This actually have a potential for ost that has a historical story about two prince (who are best friends but suddenly had a fall out) and being in love with one woman
without the lyrics of the song, I felt like a villain overlooking the destruction of my enemies home however this would be told from an onlooker or a lover now that I know the lyrics' meaning

Hann (Alone) and this song Hann (Alone in Winter) were based from a famous korean poem which describes the "han" of koreans or the emotions of resentment, grief and regret. The first Hann (Alone) perfectly describes the feeling of resentment while this song describes the grief and regret emotions.
Is it they starting with Yuqi playing Guzheng... The song starting with Soyeon singing like in the Put It Straight... The vocal just built it up from there... I love it....
