I wish some of these builders would chose to lighten up on the amnesties when building a neighborhood because the HOA dues are a bit expressive and a real turn off from a home buyers point of view. The greater the amenities the higher the dues.

Obviously in working sales you’re biased and intelligently enough will not discuss the trades and quality control issues. Since all these builders use the same trades and materials for the most part. I was hoping you would disclose what builders you felt and the best quality built. You just gave a sales pitches….
