Of course it's ok to feel all the emotions: *let them flow & let them go.* It's when they get stuck, it becomes a problem.
Ironically while we all (in developed countries) pretend to be ok, or only show the "highlight reel" on social media, the reality is that the majority of the world is actually depressed, anxious, in pain, living in fear, living in oppressed countries, living in poverty, abuse, homeless, sick, in war torn countries or suffering with the thoughts in our own minds.
It's ok to be not ok. Then work on transforming the negative energy into positive energy, for your own sake and the sake of Humanity. We can do this by learning to _distance_ our True Higher Selves from the thoughts in our minds. Then we can _feel_ the love & peace that's _already_ within (just hidden by all the thoughts & visions in our minds).
_We are Vibrational Energy Beings having a temporary human experience. We are all connected through Source Energy._

That line is actually the only one I can't identify with. I don't think "it's okey to be not okey" but I'm thinking of "not okey" as depression/anxiety. You want to do something about not being okey then. Silent suffering that you think is acceptance of the situation is the worst thing you can do to yourself or your close ones
@@nataliagalecka3614 i interpret this as that it is okay to be "different" and to need our own space because everybody has moments when they're not okay/fine, and that's okay because there's always many ways to fix that (there's always hope)

This is maybe their finest album, or the one that speaks to me the most at least. It dropped at the right time for me. Definitely helping me work through the emotions of losing my Dad to COVID this year. It's OK to not be OK.

Just breathe and allow the solution to flow through you, when a problem is, there is automatically a path to fixing it.
As a Dad, I approve this honestly. He's right, we aren't always right and we can't control our children everywhere they go or what they do.

It just sounds like they had a genuinely great time making this album. Even with the heavy subject matter, in the uplifting parts you can just feel the joy extruding from them.. I'm loving this album lyrically, but also, really sonically it's so amazing. The acoustics, all the hand claps and background vocals, trying different instruments and really just experimenting with sound throughout the whole project.. Making an album with Rick Rubin, a dream to be vibing out and jamming out ideas.. the Guru unlocked their inner spirit, and it comes through on every track.
Again, Imagine Dragons did not disappoint with the track's ratings exactly as it feels. The only one band you can like blind. Greetings from Poland to all👍😍❤️

All I can say is; You have no idea how much I needed you to put this album together! I thought "No Time For Toxic People" spoke volumes to me. But this topped it. The line that says "I don't want to be here, but I guess I have no choice"...I've struggled with for the past several years. I do "Breathe in deep" and I do take it "A day at a time". My first time listening to this song I was brought to tears, it just puts me in a mindset of being happy or calm and relaxed, even laughing about the fact that I'm such a broken human being, and I don't think I can adequately put into words how incredible that is, but it just is! I work incredibly hard every day to keep myself together and not let my mental health problems show, it's just nice to hear even from a song that even when I'm trying to keep the facade up when I'm by myself and in private because I'm so damn used to doing it 24/7, that I can actually just relax and let it go.
Hearing those songs just warms up my heart. Incredible. Much love to you guys. Great music

Whenever I hear this song, I think about how my mom loves listening to this song and I feel so grateful when I do so. I hear so many people complain about how “their parents don’t acknowledge or care about their mental health and well-being and how they’re struggling with their mental health”. So in a world where there are so many parents (and other family members) like that, I’m so grateful to have a mom who blasts music like this on repeat. A mom who understands the struggles of mental health, who understands that I may struggle with mental health, and that “it’s okay to be not okay”.
Honestly, this song was awesome. I went to go watch the mercury tour and when this song came up I honestly cried, because as a teenager living in this harsh world there's so many things that bring us down, but this song helped me get through a ton of stuff, and your guy's songs have gotten me through a bunch, I love this band and all their members, keep being yourselves, and how you feel. I remember very well how last year, maybe at the same month as now, I was trying to overcome my anxiety episodes and an eating disorder, besides many other stuff happening at my fam. One night I was trying to study even with my whole head confused and my heart in pain, when I played on RUclips different Imagine Dragons concerts, and I perfectly remember how Dan talked about mental health at their concerts in a really epic and cool way, without stigma. He said how it's ok to not be ok, why we should let others expectations to go away, and he highlighted the importance of asking for help and going to therapy. Time has passed, not much, but it certainly passed, and things have changed for good. I am so so glad this song has came out. The message is not just beautiful but necessary, in a society that tell us to be functional and perfect all the time. Idk if somebody even read this but, believe you are worth the work, the patience and the love. Asking for help it's ok, going to therapy it's completely ok and normal. Please remember you are not broken, you don't need to be fixed, but to be loved, starting from recieving that love from you. Sending a big hug for everyone.

As someone who deals with heavy manic depression, I literally feel like this song is speaking for me. To me. About me. The part about not wanting to be here and not wanting this body/this voice hit TOO close to home. Literally seeing these guys play this live in Boston made me burst into hysterics. Tears that I’ve been holding onto for way too long and emotions that have built up were finally released because of this song.
