I first found the OSC a month or so before TPOT 4 came out. I was in middle school then, and quite frankly, it sucked. My grades were awful, my mental health was suffering because so many people were talking crap about me, and I was dealing with trying to separate myself from a toxic friend. I genuinely think that discovering object shows helped pull me out of that low point in my life, because ever since I found them, my life has kept going up. The OSC gave me joy in a year when I was just miserable, so to all of you: thank you. I'm in high school now and better than ever, and I have no worldly idea where I'd be if I hadn't discovered this fandom when I did.
Scrolling through these old comments feels like exploring your abandoned childhood home, the architecture feels familiar yet foreign, the exploration of these strangers' past feels comforting and nostalgic, as they were made during a time that was more simple, it feels nice to sink into the past and drift through the seemingly endless waters of nostalgia, that's why I love these types of videos, it makes me feel like i've escaped all my problems. Even though times seem bleak now, I'm excited for what the future holds for me, even though sometimes life may not be the best experience, I shall hold firm in my faith and see the world that God has created for all of us. I’m so glad this touched more lives than just mine. A few months ago, I was in a really bad place in my life. Friend troubles, family troubles, and was debating suicide. However, I got reccommended a TPOT episode and immediately thought back how me and my brother would spend hours watching the old seasons, and it really made me happy. I binged the entire show and Met some incredible people though the OSC. Thank you, for everything you’ve done for me, and countless others, jacknjellify.

Right now, I'm at the age where one would expect this show to be nostalgic to me, but the truth is, I discovered BFDI by accident a few months ago. I'm sad that I missed so much of the shows past and wasn't here to experience its evolution. But I'm happy to be here now. This is the first time we saw the Sea of David in 7 years, the first we saw the plain-old Announcer (not dressed-like-TB Announcer) in 8, and the first we saw the Equation Playground in nearly 12! As for the music, it brings me back to myself from 4 years ago, albeit in a positive way. I wish more lofi/chillhop pieces had this odd organ timbre... Wow. This hit hard. I was here in 2013 and 2018 to see BFDI and BFB grow and wow, it has been a ride. I remember listening to this when it came out back in 2020 when the community was at its peak with memes, art, other shows, projects, etc. Hearing this calming music again honestly makes me wanna tear up from how much I missed this show and it’s community, lol. This is the first time we saw the Sea of David in 7 years,
the first we saw the plain-old Announcer (not dressed-like-TB Announcer) in 8,

As for the music, it brings me back to myself from 4 years ago, albeit in a positive way. I wish more lofi/chillhop pieces had this odd organ timbre... I think of an out-of-tune carousel operating in broad daylight while no one but me is there to hear it.
