oh that gun is a bazooka. You just have to shoot the iron horse with a bazzoka and you might go into it. If that doesn't work, then shoot it 2 more times to see if you could go inside and drive it. If you managed to get inside, you could try to escape or do a mission for example: get the girl. The iron horse will be there and you will have to abort the mission.
