  • Geoff Mack Australian Singer / Songwriter talks about how he came to compose the Evergreen "I've been Everywhere" in an early 80's interview with Stephen Fleay. (You'll also hear Comedian Lucky Grills)
    and Geoff sings the sequel "Ive had Everything".
    It is revealed that he actually wrote "Ive been Everywhere" outside a 'Bird Sanctuary in his car , the names came from 3 Road Maps.

    this is crazy lmao. "Ive has everything doc" sounds like a parody of the song. who would of thought Ive Been Everywhere is a remix to Ive had everything lmao

      They used the LA RATS version in the movie ICE ROAD.

      Just listened to the LA Rats version. It's an interesting take. As far as lyrics go, I prefer the Australian version as the place names rhyme better.
