Kahit saang state ka sa Australia, ang financial status at depende sa diskarte mo from the beginning of your journey sa Australia. Ang iba ay pagbili ng mamahaling gamit ang priority kesa mag ipon eh di mag struggle ka talaga financially pag di ka mag ipon.
Very true 👍
If recognised ka na work hard and save up huwag mo i compare buhay mo sa iba.Hard work and relationship sa Dios ang key and never live beyond your means mag save as much as you can para pagtanda mo you have a comfortable life.Comfortable life comes after stable na buhay mo and reap your reward.
Taga Syd ako back in the late 80’s, we left kasi ang mahal bumili ng place na close sa city so we opted to move interstate para walang stress sa mortgage. I was also surprised to learn na may mga Pinoy sa Gold Coast na sa mga penthouse nakatira and yet sila pa ang low profile. Marami na ring second generation pinoys na may businesses and others do own big farms. Halos lahat naman medyo struggling pag bagong dating, but once mortgage-free na, everything is a breeze.
Correct bro. Very well said.
Well explained bro. Nice vlog. Vid transitions panalo ayos kaau. Google mo
Thanks bro 👍
That's true Dito din me SA Australia wollongong
It shouldn't have been an argument wether buying a house is an investment or not. Nowadays rent has gone up to 600$ per week were paying mortgage is about 400$ if you add up insurance, maintentance etc.. para ka na rin nag babayad ng rent but you are going to own the house and after 3-4 years malaki na equity ng bahay mo at value ng bahay mo. Car's value goes down so if you're working overseas i think owning a house should be a priority.
Agree that car's value depreciates quickly, 60% in 2-3 years. Ang laki.
Hwag monh gayahin yong ibang may luxuries..they work hard for it ..spend within your means n save nobody will help u here in australia..not an easy life here u have to sweat it out to survive😮
Talking about this topic exposes insecurities. I know a lot of people who got money like you and ended up, if not in the hospital, at the cemetery. Meaning, money cannot save your life, so do not be too confident in pointing fingers at anyone or any state that is not doing well. I am talking about purpose in life; some people are content working and helping others even if they only have enough money to survive. Life is too short to be proud, and it is funny how some people who only have a piece of paper believe they are already doing well in life. Money is evil. It is not forever. Do not dwell too much on it. You may never know what tomorrow holds. and which part of austtalia is your NY cap. godbless.
Sorry, I disagree that Money is evil. The one that has it and handles it regulates how it is used.
Like you said it is a piece of paper. How is it evil??
