What happened?
I think she did a half turn instead of doing a full turn, which is why she ended up going toward the “front” wall rather than the “back” wall (aka the camera). I noticed that after the spin, she usually starts the steps over facing the same wall but i think she switched it at the end??

Omgosh i am from Los Angeles and line dancing is not common here So I said Let me learn some line dancing since I love country music and let me tell you it is not easy 🤦🏻♀️😬😬🤣😂
There's definitely places to go line dancing here in Southern California! You should check out Candy Sherwin's YT channel of line dance videos too, and I think she teaches at BL Dancehall & Saloon in Agoura Hills, which might not be too far from you, depending on which part of LA you're in.
Orange County has a couple of bars that does line dancing. Also Hermosa beach has a bar at the pier that does country nights and 75 cents wings 😂

I've noticed that Dirt Road dancers teach "flair" instead of going by what's on the step sheets.
