Hi Shireen, I made this today. It was so delicious. Me and my husband couldn't stop at just one serving. Thank you for a great recipe and also for all your other delicious mangalorean recipes. We just love them. Thanks a lot.
Am surprised not to see raving comments. Looks fabulous and' homemade'. The simplicity of the process is superb. Great job. Here's wishing you great success on this medium too.
Hi, I use a Panasonic mixer grinder. Yes, I use it for both wet and dry grinding. It is amazing. Been using it for over 5 years now. The smallest jar (chutney jar) is perfect to grind masalas really fine and suitable for a enough quantity of masala to make curries for a family of 4-5. Thanks! Yes you can but try to use a kadai with a wide base so that the pork fries properly, if overcrowded it will get steam cooked and you wont get the same result
This is not the original score, I had to replace it with this silly song! But I am glad you found it hilarious and it made you laugh :-) Have a nice day!

Is this pork belly ? Which cut of pork should I be buying for this please ?
Generally leg piece but if there isn't much fat on it I would add some belly also. About 15-20% of fat is essential to get the right texture & flavour
Looks delicious and simple, I'll try. +Subbed.
Thanks so much! Hope you enjoy it!
