Tales of Symphonia: Regal vs. Celsius and Farah [No Items/Mania]

This is my first time playing Regal. No bully :(
I've got to say though, this duo is quite... beastly.
Game modifications:
-Set Regal's attack to 2500
-Used advanced encounter edit from Sora3100's cheat table
Strategy:
I probably should have done this with some higher defense stats or some resistances since Farah's Ground Breaker legitimately one-shot me in one of the runs (one hit from it did 6500 damage one time), but I decided to run Faerie Ring and Elven Boots instead lol.
At the start of the fight, they both start off with their Arcane Strikes. I just jump over them, use Force once, and then try to use Eagle Rage-Force once they finish their artes. The Eagle Rage-Force combo did a lot of work for me in this fight since it's pretty good damage and crowd control... provided that I stagger both of them with Eagle Rage.
I went after Celsius because her spells are quite annoying (Freeze Lancer and an Ice Tornado that casts very quickly). Also, I kinda just wanted to show off the fact that Farah can life bottle enemies that aren't part of the cameo fight because I thought it was cool. I generally just jump over Farah then try to hit Celsius when she's striking at air or I Eagle Rage both of them if they're close enough to each other.
I don't want to create too much distance from Celsius. I need to be close enough to dodge or cancel her Freeze Lancer. That being said, keeping distance from Celsius can be good once she starts casting Ice Tornado (since the spell requires a bit of room to dodge). I'd recommend just keeping close and trying to cancel it with Eagle Rage though.
A big problem in this fight is that it's very easy to be put into positions where there's not a lot of room for me to move around. This is because Celsius and Farah tend to move around each other, which messes up the axis of the fight. Or, it might be because I got hit with Beast which throws me off axis. Either way, I'd try to re-position in a spot that allows for more movement as soon as possible through good targeting.
Once Celsius goes down, I can just combo Farah from behind to finish the fight.

Super interesting that Farah can life bottle anyone and not just Meredy and Woodrow! I would have assumed it was baked into the AI of the other two cameos rather than just being a normal res mechanic. Good stuff!

Very nice! Always thought Regal vs Celsius would be an interesting fight, due to their battle styles. Switching Farah for Fenrir was a good idea.

​@@benlam7345 You can use the advanced encounter edit by using Sora3100's cheat table for the PC version of Tales of Symphonia. I think it's also possible on GameCube with codes.

@@benlam7345 Well, you need to download Cheat Engine and then load the cheat table with it. Then, you click the little monitor icon on the top left and then select your Tales of Symphonia process. Then you can do whatever you want with the options in the table.

I used encounter edit to make this fight. This fight isn't normally in any version of Symphonia.

Anti-air attack-Mid-air attack-Ground attack
or
Anti Air-Mid-Air-Spell Cancel
