Linda Howard is everything in this clip ... I love it! lol ... High Inergy, along with Sister Sledge, has never gotten credit for being among the first girl groups to do rigorous choreography. Those two groups knew how to perform.
Linda could sing, but producers knew the Mitchell sisters had perfect pitch and were able to do a song in one or two takes, which saved the company money. We'll never know how well Linda did live because High Inergy did almost zero live dates. They were slated to do a world tour opening for Diana Ross, but for some strange reason that got scrapped at the last minute. RIP Linda.
A million yesssss's for that Effin choreography!!!
People hating on Linda Howard who accomplished more than they were able to.
I remember watching this at 13. Promptly went out and bought the cassette. Which I still have. Thank you for posting.
You're welcome

Wow--never saw this. The crowd is so into them, it's obvious HI finally had finally found their "groove." Too bad they broke up right after this.
