I'm a diamond manufacturer (the guy who's type of company all their diamonds from), and without a loupe it's pretty much impossible to tell if it's fake or real when it comes to those tiny ones. Maybe if I actually cared to look close I'd notice if they're SI1s. But once you get into the VS+ range you're going to need to loupe it.
