They sing the Mool Mantar at the start, which is the opening verse of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji (the scriptural Guru of the Sikhs) - the Mool Mantar itself is a composition uttered by Guru Nanak Dev Ji (The first Guru of the Sikhs) and it is divine revelation which describes Waheguru (Waheguru being the name of God, translating to Wondrous Enlightener) and encompasses the complex theology of Sikhism - then they chant "Waheguru, Waheguru" which is known as Simran, i.e meditation and rememberance of God by recital of his Name :)

Yes it is a form of Sikh meditation. Waheguru (The One That Takes Darkness To Light aka Great Spiritual Enlightener) is the Name Sikhs mostly use for The Almighty (existing in every place - inside us and all around and beyond). As others have mentioned they are also reciting the Mool Mantar aka The Root Mantra for The Sikhs which was Divine Revelation.

I love this Simran. I listen to it on my 30 minute drives. Today I noticed ads in the middle of Simran. I sincerely request to keep the ads in the beginning or end. It really interrupts the flow. You didn’t have them a few weeks ago. Please 🙏 remove them.
