The reason this song is called 9000 Miles is because that is approximately the distance between London and Perth, Australia, where Pendulum originally formed!
I think a CD can only typically hold about 80 minutes of audio, which gets tricky when you have a concert longer than an hour and a half. Guess they felt it would’ve sounded weird split into two discs, so they cut 3 tracks from the middle of the concert to fit everything on the one disc. A real shame because they’re great songs, but understandable.
