I've been to IITA on several occasions but I've never use their hotels before, but a normal standard hotel room in Ibadan is around 15k to 20k per night (that is if you want a hotel with 24/7 air conditioning system and in a secure environment. But if you want those hotels that they'll time when and not use AC or electricity, they you'll be looking at 8 to 10k.. But with the price of fuel gone high, I don't know how much they'll be charging now.
