I found my ginger rescue cat Sam in one of my properties abandoned by his mother, a few weeks old and too small to survive on his own. After a week of trying to nurse him back to health unsuccessfully, I took him to my vet. He said Sam was too weak and malnourished to survive and that there was not much we could do at that stage and the humane thing to do was to put him to sleep. He wouldn't even charge me for the shot. That was 8 months ago and yesterday the same vet put Sam on a diet because he is now a bit overweight lol. My boy likes his food a bit too much so I'm in trouble...
