This video must have been taken in 2004 because Nationals Park was not complete. The team would have still been the Expos, playing most of their home games in Montreal.
The other Expos home games would have been in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Washingto DC was once a grwat city filled with great people . They only lack the light to show the way . But now because of our politicians since 9-11 ,Then the January 6thattack on our Nation's Capitol , The The Covid Pandemic, to this inflation thd politicians of Washington DC divided this country apart because of their anti semitism , And eacial and politicsl discriminations and injustices their causing tk this day has caused the uscale in violent crimes and religious violnce on out streets and gang violence . As a result good people ant to leave Washington DC and Maryland for good anf never trust us again
Man D.C looks so dead in winter. And with January-6th happening right after this flight it looks even deader. But hey, nice views all around.
Most people were still working from home. DC has a big workforce but since the pandemic everyone has been remote. and no one likes to be out in Winter. LOL
