The bus has a manual transmission. Just press and hold the clutch while you start the engine.

But Ducato is by FIAT, this van is by Mercedes Benz. I think it's similar as a Sprinter 413D.

Oh, there's a van like this in Brazil, because I live in Brazil, but not called Vario, called Ducato

The Ducato is a Fia not a Mercedes! But in Brazil you have many Mercedes buses but with different bodywork. This is like the welfare and private hire minibuses we have in the UK only its LHD.
