I know it's a crazy small optimization, but when you hit 11 at 16:59 and your ult is on 89 sec cd, and your rod is going to fully stack before it's off cd, isn't it better to put a point in q and wait to level ult until 12?
absolutely! you are completely right with this and it actually shows this leveling order on the mobafire guide but... realistically you never see this interaction matter enough to remember
