Firstly, happy new year. I'm from East Kilbride but until 2021 I was living with my partner in the east midlands. Occasionally I'd get a twinge of homesickness and even watching old episodes of Rab C and Braveheart couldn't ease it. One day I was in the local library with my partner and at the last minute I spotted your book. It was a great read and I felt a bit better after finishing it. I've also enjoyed your podcasts and interviews recently too. Thank you so much.

Ps my wee granny I watched the wrestling with when I was a boy always told me best things in life was contentment and health took me 40 yr to release it was true .
